Shipping/Returns

Once Aase Sales has processed your order and received your payment, we'll ship your order. WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, AASE WILL GO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. Aase Sales uses USPS, UPS or FEDEX ground to ship orders.  If you'd like a faster method of shipment, call or email us with your order number and we'll get an updated shipping quote for you.  For large items shipping may be calculated incorrectly on the order page, in this situation an Aase Sales representative will call or email you with an updated shipping quote.If FEDEX, USPS or UPS or any other shipper leaves the package without a signature Aase Sales will not be responsible for the shipment. 

 

Customs Duties and Other Fees

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. WE DO NOT COLLECT ANY CUSTOMS, DUTIES, FOREIGN TAXES OR OTHER FEES IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN. Any abandoned packages are at the responsibility of the customer. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges. 

Shipping Claims / Returns

  1. When receiving the merchandise we kindly ask you to check the entire shipment at time of delivery.
  2. Damaged or missing parts must be claimed within 14 days of delivery.
  3. No returns or refunds on installed and/or modified parts
  4. No returns or refunds on any electrical part.
  5. No returns or refunds on any wheels once tires have been installed or wheels have been mounted to a vehicle.
  6. No returns will be accepted 30 days from date of shipment from our shop.
  7. No refunds on shipping to and from the destination of delivery unless merchandise is defective or was shipped in error.
  8. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
  9. Payment processing fees for cancelled orders are non-refundable.
  10. Expedited freight charges from PORSCHE Germany are non-refundable
  11. If you have a claim, please email us with you order number and we will contact you as soon as possible.
  12. Please note by choosing an uninsured method of shipping we are not responsible for lost/delayed parcels
  13. Please be aware that we will only cover the shipping cost for sending missing or defective parts by ground shipping one time. Therefore we recommend that you check thoroughly before you email us.
  14. All special order items once ordered in are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: chassis ID VIN decals, paint color code decals, fiberglass parts, COCO mats, custom decals, stamped number plates, European-ordered items such as German-sourced sheet metal.
  15. Returns on fiberglass parts are not accepted, all custom fiberglass parts require work and fitment.
