This heat shield mat is perfect for reducing heat in the trunk area of your 914. It is installed on your heat shield above the muffler and reflects heat rising into the trunk area. You will notice the difference immediately and it is so easy to install. On a clean, dry surface, just peel and stick! Weighs only 8oz!

This heat shield mat is comprised of ZeroClearance®, a patented alternative to thermal and acoustical metal shields. It is made of high-performance aluminum sheeting, a mechanically needle-punched fiber composite spacer, and a unique, high-temperature, pressure-sensitive adhesive on back for attachment.
