Shipping/Returns

Once Aase Sales has processed your order and received your payment, we'll ship your order.  Aase Sales uses USPS or UPS ground to ship orders.  If you'd like a faster method of shipment, call or email us with your order number and we'll get an updated shipping quote for you.  For large items, shipping might cost more then then what is on the order page.  In this situation, an Aase Sales representative will call or email you with an updated shipping quote. All shipments will be sent signature required. If you wave this requirement we are not liable for your package. If UPS, USPS or FEDEX  or any other shipper leaves the package without a signature Aase Sales will not be responsible for the shipment. You will then have the opportunity to accept or cancel the order at no cost to you.


To return a part that appears to be ordered or received in error, please call us at (740) 503-3651 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns are limited to 10 days from date of receipt. Returns must be sent prepaid and must include your invoice. We will assess a 20% handling charged on all returns unless the merchandise is shipped in error. NO RETURNS/REFUNDS AFTER 14 DAYS.
